About State Pension Assist

State Pension Assist is an independent document-assistance service. We help people request a paper State Pension forecast by preparing and posting the official DWP BR19 form on their behalf.

We are not part of, or affiliated with, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), HM Revenue & Customs, or any other UK government body. The State Pension forecast itself is issued free by DWP.

Our service is designed for people who want a printed forecast sent to their address but prefer not to use a Government Gateway account, live abroad, or simply want the paper form handled for them.

You can request a State Pension forecast free of charge directly through GOV.UK. Our £19 fee covers only the document-assistance work of preparing and posting the BR19 form.
