These terms and conditions apply to the document-assistance service provided by State Pension Assist. Please read them carefully before using the service.

What we do

We are an independent document-assistance service. We collect the information you provide, complete the official DWP BR19 State Pension forecast request form, and post it to DWP on your behalf. We do not provide pension, tax, legal or financial advice.

Fees

Our service fee is £19 per application. This is a one-off payment for preparing and posting the BR19 form. The State Pension forecast itself is issued free of charge by DWP.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that a BR19 forecast is the right service for your circumstances. If you are already receiving or have claimed your State Pension, a forecast may not be available.

No guarantee of outcome

We cannot guarantee that DWP will issue a forecast, or the timing or content of DWP’s response. We are not responsible for delays caused by DWP, postal services, or incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

Free alternative

You can request a State Pension forecast free of charge directly through GOV.UK. By paying our service fee, you are choosing to use our document-assistance service instead of the free official route.

Cancellations and refunds

Because we begin preparing your form as soon as you submit your details, we generally cannot offer refunds once the form has been posted to DWP. If you change your mind before posting, please contact us as soon as possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
